Universal Capital Bank has prepared a special offer tailored to pensioners who are the State Pension Fund (PIO) beneficiaries.

Loans up to EUR 15,000.00, without guarantors, for pensioners up to 75 years of age!

Nominal interest rate	7,95%
Maturity	Up to 84 months
Mode of repayment	in equal monthly instalments
Collateral	Bill of Exchange / Attachment of Salary or Garnishment /Life Insurance Policy / other
One-time fee	1.50% of the refinancing loan amount
Life insurance policy	One-time advance payment of insurance premium
Note	Minimum loan amount is EUR 500.00. Maximum amount is EUR 15,000.00.

Specific conditions:

Annuity value: up to 50% of the pension. Deviations from these rules are only possible if additional guarantors and/or co-borrowers are provided.

Bank retains the right to grant a non-guarantor loan to its regular customers, or to ask customers with no previous commercial history to provide one or two guarantors/co-borrowers, insurance policy or other form of additional collateral, all in accordance with the customer’s and his employer’s creditworthiness.

By signing a special cooperation agreement, the Bank may contract an insurance company for this type of loan.

* Note: Total expenses and total debt as well as the calculation of the Effective Interest Rate do not include the costs of insurance policies of property, property evaluation costs, obtaining real estate folio. These costs are not known in advance and will be included in the final calculation.
