Subject of the Factoring can be current or future receivables of the client for delivered of contracted goods, preformed services to the debtor and other receivables for which there is an undisputable obligation for payment by the debtor. Listed receivables can be assigned to the factoring up to the predefined limit of assignment / financing, for the term of the duration of the Factoring Contract.
