The Bank continuously monitors and updates client/user data for payment services.

The Bank’s Board of Directors has adopted Decision No. 592/25 on January 21, 2025, which foresees the cancellation of transaction accounts for which client data cannot be updated and on which there have been no changes for over two years.

Clients affected by this Decision, who wish to continue using their transaction accounts for executing payment transactions, can visit the nearest bank branch office or contact us via [email protected] or phone no. 020481481.
