What is Web Banking?

Web Banking is an internet banking service that allows users to access payment services, view products and services they hold with the Bank, as well as obtain other information related to the Bank's services, all through a web application.

What is mBanking?

mBanking is an electronic banking service (application) designed for use on mobile devices. It enables access to payment services, as well as insight into the products and services clients hold with the Bank. The mBanking app allows you to manage your finances using Android or iOS devices, anytime and from anywhere.

What is an OTP code?

An OTP code is a 6-digit number provided to the user of electronic banking services through a communication channel. It is time-sensitive: valid for 24 hours during installation, and for 30 seconds during activation, after which it becomes invalid.

What is the difference between Web Banking and mBanking?

Web Banking and mBanking offer nearly identical functionalities. Web Banking is primarily intended for use on desktop or laptop computers, as it is a web-based application. On the other hand, mBanking is designed for smartphones and provides the convenience of managing your finances even while on the move.

What should I do if I forget my E-Banking password?

How can I settle my credit card obligations via electronic banking?

Simply complete a standard payment order through the Web Banking or mBanking service, or by making a direct payment to your credit card at any branch office.

Can I update my contact information via electronic banking applications?

No. Contact details can only be updated by visiting a branch or by notifying your banker via official email, after which you will be contacted for verification.
