Custody Services and Fees

We take proper care of your securities and trading funds under favourable conditions.

As a licensed custody service provider, the Bank is authorised to perform the following activities, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements:

Opening and maintaining securities accounts with the Central Depository Agency (CKDD) on behalf of legal holders (individual client accounts)
Opening and maintaining securities accounts with the Central Depository Agency (CKDD) in the name of the custodian bank, for the account of the legal holders – its Clients, or in the name of Clients who are not the legal holders, but for the account of the legal holders (omnibus custody account)
Execution of orders for the transfer of rights arising from securities, as well as orders for the registration of third-party rights over securities, and ensuring the proper transfer of such rights
Collection of claims from issuers on behalf of legal holders of matured securities – including principal, interest, and dividends – and facilitation of the exercise of other rights belonging to legal holders of securities who are Clients of the Bank
Notifying shareholders of annual general meetings of joint stock companies and representing them at such meetings, based on prior authorisation

Ensuring the fulfillment of the Client’s tax obligations related to securities for which the Client is the legal holder, based on the Client’s authorisation
Lending of securities under special conditions determined by the Bank in accordance with applicable legislation, internal procedures, and risk assessment for each placement and/or Client
Opening and maintaining securities accounts for foreign securities on behalf of Clients, as sub-accounts of the Bank’s custody account with a foreign custodian
Carrying out transactions related to financial derivatives, in accordance with the Capital Market Law
Other services as defined by law, business regulations, and the agreement concluded between the Client and the Bank
