Who can open this account

The account is available to minimum wage earners, recipients of the lowest old-age, disability, or survivor pensions, pension recipients receiving a top-up to the minimum pension amount, and recipients of proportional pensions (old-age, disability, or survivor) who receive a top-up to the minimum amount in accordance with the law governing pension and disability insurance. It is also available to recipients of temporary benefits registered with the Employment Agency of Montenegro who receive benefits paid by the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund of Montenegro up to the amount of the lowest pension, as well as recipients of child allowance, financial support, personal disability benefits, care and assistance allowances, and unemployment insurance benefits, provided these rights are exercised in accordance with laws governing labor, employment mediation, unemployment rights, and social and child protection.
