Office Banking
Office Banking is a multi-bank desktop application intended for resident legal persons that hold accounts with multiple banks in Montenegro and use this service. The Office Banking application provides a consolidated overview and enables transactions from all accounts that the same legal person has in different banks across Montenegro. To activate the service, it is necessary to install a digital certificate with a validity period of two years.
Web Banking
The Bank offers the Web Banking service to legal persons, providing electronic access to company accounts via a web application accessible through the Bank’s website (via the button below). Upon activation, the user receives login credentials via email: a username and activation codes for the mBanking mobile application, which uses push notifications to enable secure access to the Web Banking account.
mBanking
The mBanking application is a mobile banking service that enables legal persons to access their accounts held with the Bank and to perform transactions via a mobile application. The mBanking app includes Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) functionality, ensuring compliance with the PSD2 regulation. Additionally, the application is used to confirm online payments made with Universal Capital Bank payment cards, where the authenticity of card transactions on websites is verified through push notifications.

An OTP code is a 6-digit number provided to the user of electronic banking services through a communication channel. It is time-sensitive: valid for 24 hours during installation, and for 30 seconds during activation, after which it becomes invalid.
