The Bank offers a Web Banking service for individuals, providing electronic access to personal accounts via a web application, accessible through the Bank’s official website by clicking the E-Banking Login button below.Upon activation of the service, the user receives login credentials via email—username and activation codes—for the mBanking mobile app, which, using push notification authentication, grants access to the Web Banking account.
mBanking
The mBanking application is a mobile banking service that enables individuals to access and manage their accounts with the Bank and perform transactions through a mobile application. The mBanking app includes SCA (Strong Customer Authentication) functionality, ensuring full compliance with the PSD2 directive. Additionally, the app is used to confirm online payments made with Universal Capital Bank payment cards by receiving push notifications to verify the authenticity of transactions made on websites.
