Who is the account for
The account is intended for consumers legally residing in Montenegro, including those without a permanent address, asylum seekers, and individuals who have not been granted a residence permit but whose expulsion is impossible for legal or factual reasons, regardless of their place of residence in Montenegro. Legal residence in Montenegro is defined as the stay of a natural person in Montenegro in accordance with regulations governing the residence of citizens, or the stay of foreigners in accordance with the law governing the rights of foreigners, including foreigners residing in Montenegro in accordance with laws governing international and temporary protection of foreigners or based on an international agreement.
An individual may hold only one such account within the territory of Montenegro (confirmed by a written statement).
