Customer Notice – Lounge Key Program

Visa has introduced a new registration system for Lounge Key (LK) program users. Registration will be done via the VISA Airport Companion (VAC) application, created in cooperation with the DragonPass provider.

What does the new system bring?

• Easy access to the list of LK salons
• Quick registration for the selected lounge by clicking on the Walk-in field
• Entering the lounge via a QR code, which will be generated in the application

How to access the Lounge Key program?

• Via the VISA Airport Companion application, available for download on the App Store and Play Store
• Via the VISA Chat Bot, which allows generating a QR code for the selected lounge

How does lounge entry work?

• After registering in the application, the user can select the desired Lounge Key lounge
• By clicking on Walk-in, a QR code will be generated
• When entering the business lounge, it is necessary to show the generated QR code to the staff

Security and verification:

When entering the card in the Visa Airport Companion (VAC) application, the following will be carried out:
