Verification of card payments through the M-token application

In accordance with the application of the new legal regulation on reliable authentication, online payment by Universal Capital Bank payment cards will be possible only through the M-token application.

All payment card users are obliged to activate the M-token application by 31 May 2024 at the latest in order to be able to use payment cards at online points of sale without hindrance.

M-token Card App Activation Guide

• It is necessary to send a request for the M-token application to the email address cards@ucbank.me.
• The activation code for your UCB M-token application will be provided in a separate email. The activation code is valid for 24 hours.
• Activation code will be sent from the address sc@emon24.net
• The M-token application needs to be downloaded from one of the following links, depending on the operating system of the mobile device.

After activating the M-token application, it is necessary, through the settings in the application, to grant access by biometrics, as well as notifications.
