Notice to ebanking users

Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you that the functionality of the UCB mToken application, including the 3D Secure (3DS) transaction validation system, has been integrated into our UCB mBank mobile application. This enhancement improves convenience, speed, and security, as all essential functionalities are now available within a single application that supports both SCA and SXS authentication. Additionally, to further enhance the security of user data, activation codes will be delivered through two separate channels: Activation Code 1 via SMS, and Activation Code 2 via email.

Users of the WEB application who previously logged in using the UCB mToken application will now access the WEB platform exclusively through a push notification approval sent to the UCB mBank application.

Please update your existing UCB mBank application(without deleting the it from your device) to continue using all functionalities, including WEB platform login and card transaction authentication.

Please also note that the UCB mToken application has been permanently discontinued as of today.
