NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS ON THE OCCASION OF THE PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS

UNIVERSAL CAPITAL BANKA AD PODGORICA informs shareholders that, in accordance with the Decision of the Shareholders' Meeting, which was held on November 27, 2023 and with the consent of the Central Bank of Montenegro, it will pay dividends for 2021.

The total amount of gross dividends to be paid is EUR 2,600,000.00. The gross dividend per share is EUR 0,100251995 per share.

In accordance with Articles 29 and 29a. Under the Corporate Tax Act, dividends are subject to withholding tax at a rate of 15%, unless otherwise regulated by international treaties on the avoidance of double taxation. In accordance with the Personal Income Tax Act, dividends are subject to taxation as capital income, at a rate of 15%. The payment of dividends will be made in the net amount, after tax deduction.

The shareholders of Universal Capital Bank AD Podgorica who were registered as shareholders in the list of shareholders with the Central Clearing Depository Company on the day of the Shareholders' Meeting when the decision on the payment of the dividend was made, i.e. on November 27, 2023, are entitled to the dividend.

Dividend payments will begin on November 28, 2023.
Shareholders who have an open transaction account with Universal Capital Bank AD Podgorica will be paid dividends to the account.
Shareholders who do not have an open account with Universal Capital Bank AD Podgorica, should provide a bank account number for dividend payment.
